LS2 uses multi-layer woven carbon fiber to ensure that the helmets are lightweight and durable, along with advanced energy management technology for maximum safety.

  • 6K Carbon Fiber

By using carbon fibers with no less than 6,000 strands, LS2 has set a high standard for premium carbon fiber helmets in the current helmet market.

High Performance Fiberglass Composite (HPFC) is a material developed by LS2, combining special fiberglass strands and resin. It offers a lightweight structure with exceptional strength, capable of absorbing impacts effectively. Additionally, it efficiently disperses and manages energy to enhance safety during riding.

  • KPA – Kinetic Polymer Alloy

LS2’s proprietary material, known as KPA, is created using nanoparticle technology to combine plastic with aramid fibers.

KPA is a material that offers strength, light weight, and exceptional energy management capabilities for enhanced riding safety. This special formula meets both ECE 22.06 and DOT standards.

  • HPTT – High Pressure Thermoplastic Technology

LS2 has developed HPTT, the optimal blend of ABS and other thermoplastic polymers to achieve the best balance between safety, energy management performance, weight, and overall value.
